Most homes are up and running within 3–5 working days. We’ll keep you posted from order to activation.
What happens on installation day?
Our engineer will arrive within your chosen window, connect your service and make sure your Wi‑Fi reaches the rooms that matter.
Can I use my own router?
Absolutely. Every plan works with your own compatible router, or you can use our included Wi‑Fi 6 hub.
Is there a data limit?
No. All VH Global plans come with unlimited data.
